steak and grill are an inseparable combination that is very popular internationally! Grilling is a cooking method with historical tradition, since the discovery of fire. Our ancestors quickly discovered that grilled meat tastes much better and is more digestible than raw meat. Since these origins, grilling has developed into a sophisticated cooking method that can be found in all kitchen cultures of the world. Even today, the spectrum of grills ranges from simple constructions such as campfires, clay ovens or the oversized asados in Latin America, where whole animals (cattle) are often grilled on spikes, to charcoal grills for home use and entire high-tech grill stations operated with charcoal or gas. This large selection of technology is complemented by a wide variety of ingredients and meat types.
The majority of grilled meat dishes have a strong taste and can be perfectly combined with various side dishes. Suitable meat types are beef and pork from various cuts, lamb and poultry. Chicken wings are very popular, also skewers made of chicken or turkey breast with vegetables or fruits, saddle of lamb and lamb cutlet or lamb mince skewers exotically spiced.

The tastes diverge: some swear by fillet, others swear by rib eye with the legendary grease eye that makes the steak particularly juicy.
A special speciality is dryed age - meat! Not exactly inexpensive, but the taste of the slowly matured and long seasoned meat is a pleasure and the highlight for steak fans!
