Yes, I can only agree with the previous speaker. If you book 2x2 seats, you have to call before and inform the restaurant. How would they know the two bookings belonged together. If you arrive on the booked day, then of course there is no free table for 4 people. The place is always crowded.

Tip: Read AGBs or hold flaps.

I still think the Tony Roma's offer in its current form is great. Everything always goes smoothly for me.

Were yesterday in Tony Romas - 2 couples with one Get 2 Card each. The reserved tables should be in 2 different corners of the restaurant. You weren't allowed to give us a four table. I don't quite understand the system. Tony Romas offer 10 seats per hour here - but if you want to sit together then this is not possible - FREE OF EXTENSION !!! The food was as always very tasty

Don't understand the people who can't book a bonus offer according to AGB´s If you book with 2 tickets for 4 pers., of course you have to call before (so steht´s also there). It's also logical to fill up with contiguents of low capacity and not get a discount on the Berlinale evening. If the card cannot be used when entering the restaurant and therefore leaves...? You shouldn't... have these negative commentators as guests either. Horrible these stingy is horny customers!

Reservation as part of the bonus offer may be a bit cumbersome if more people are to sit at the table, but card is accepted without problems and food is always delicious.

What can you say, except: wow. The best spare ribs we've eaten in our lives. The sampler is taken by us again and again gladly, a beautiful selection of the mad marinades. The fillet of beef is also a poem, to the point. So far we have always had very good experiences with the staff and our booking. The only drawback in our opinion is the lack of e.g. a homemade iced tea or at least Arizona Half&Half or similar. It'd really go with a place like this. We always like to come back!

The food was good. The get2 card is hard to use. The first time we asked before ordering fortunately. We couldn't use the card. We left. The second time we registered and received a reserved table. When ordering, we did not show the card again and promptly received an invoice for two dishes.

So the food has always been great. We have been going there for some years now and my bad rating is based on the worse and worse conditions, how to eat with the Get2Card at Tony Roma´s. First the dishes are restricted, then the ticket is not valid if a fair etc. is outside Potsdamer Platz and now you have to book with get2bonus before. So what's the point of the get2card?
I am really angry and that showed me once again that the get2card is simply not worth it for the price.

After a long time there was again and the ribs are still TOP , now even from the calf ! Get2Card was no problem, everything went fine :)

It's just the best thing I've ever eaten. These ribs are UNIQUE. The taste is simply convincing. Super friendly to it, it couldn't be better !

The staff was benevolent and flexible, although we did not have our reservation number immediately at hand. The wish for a quieter place was also fulfilled. Get2 without problems. Priced rather higher with quality and taste that we like. However, without Get2 this would be much more difficult. Portions are really big. In short: it was great as always and we like to come back...

As always a nightmare and a taste experience at the same time! A nightmare: the reservation. Despite online reservations and subsequent telephone confirmation, there were the usual discussions at the table as to why no two get2 cards would be accepted for a reservation for four. Since the staff present had no decision-making authority, we felt 10 minutes with an employee in a circle who was not capable of a flexible solution. We then found a simple and practical solution: we ordered TWO large portions of ribs on ONE get2 card, paid ONE of them, but ate all FOUR of them. In the end, a win-loose situation in our favor.
It's a pity that the experience of a really extraordinarily good meal at Tony Roma's is always clouded by an unbelievable hiccup with the get2 card. A concept that cannot be understood commercially any more than it will lead to us ever spending another euro there again.

I love tony romas. have only had the get2 card for a short time. have always eaten there before and it's exactly the same. and spontaneously going there has always been difficult, so you just plan ahead now. and if you feel like it, we pay the full price for the good food. Service is always friendly, there's nothing wrong with it.

Reservations via the Get2-App worked without any problems, food and service were - as always - very good and the invoicing minus the second main course was also a matter of course for the staff. This was certainly not the last visit there!

We used the offer on a free day at noon during the week, so it was quite empty. Great praise to the staff: Everyone was very friendly and super nice to my 5 year old son. There were even painting things for employment. No problems with accepting the get2card. Only the Combo-Grill offer cannot be used (at least not for the 2nd free meal). I'd love to. A bit of a pity is that you can only book via the bonus area and not in the evening on weekends. Therefore, the spontaneous visits before a movie night are unfortunately omitted.

Service always friendly, but unfortunately hardly present. Despite the contemplative number of guests in the lunchtime always long waiting times for personnel and food. Even a salad lasts 30 minutes. Too bad, since the food is really good.

I find the obligation to make reservations, which will come into effect from 2015, for lunchtime to be completely exaggerated. Even when the reservation obligation was just new (2 January week) no exception was made. I should have paid in full. Then I left again.

We were at 11.9.14 with Tony Romas and were pleasantly surprised. No problems with the get2card, just show card and badge. Very nice service. Unfortunately, we experienced it differently some time ago. I guess it depends on the time and the waitress. The ribs were tasty as always, with the baked potato we both had different opinions, I found them a little bland. Cole Slaw is delicious. Conclusion: With get2card a super price-performance ratio. Absolutely reserve, also goes online.

Been back at Tony Romas for a long time. Surprisingly, the Berlinale was not an obstacle, so the clause appears to be purely arbitrary. Just like the latest exception of combos and steaks, where a dish would probably be ok. If you are not in the mood for Get2Card guests, you should get out!
Otherwise the ribs were delicious as usual, the baking baguette unworthy and the service neat in the stress, but nevertheless polite.
If there weren't exceptions to that rule, I'd give at least four stars.

Were at Tony Roma's today and had to leave empty-handed. One had clearly no desire on Get2Card owners, and this, although the shop was half empty at 18 o'clock. ended. It was then put off until Green Week. This takes place on the exhibition grounds, Tony Roma's is 10 km away at Potsdamer Platz, but doesn't matter. The Get2Card is accepted without any problems and the ribs are incredible - 5* - good, butter tender, delicious marinated, just mmmhhh! The service is miserable - the different service personnel fluctuated between pampig/unfriendly and overmotivated/incapable. My Planters punch was miserable. Too bad, the ribs are insane.

Food: Spare ribs were good, side dishes needed some getting used to (totally bland baked potato with completely tasteless sour cream, overcooked corn on the cob, canned beans, the roll looked and tasted very much like the discount rolls from the supermarket)

We were at the restaurant on Women's Day. It was very crowded and we could only really eat there thanks to a table reservation. There is nothing to say about the food (quality, size, etc.). You can be really satisfied here. However, the service keeps me from visiting again. It began that one had to ask for a place setting, although the appetizer was already brought. There are a few tables just behind the reception. There the conversations of the personnel (so e.g. everything from a test work get), accounts of the waiters, short corner for breathers ect. take place. Unfortunately everything at eye level, so that somehow you can never switch it off. The stairs from the ground floor also arrive in the rear room, so that you cannot eat undisturbed at this table. The places at the window are certainly much better. One had the impression that get2card customers are served differently (worse) there. If a restaurant has such an attitude, it should not participate in the program. A pity about the culinary possibilities and selection at Potsdamer Platz

On April 17, 2012 at midday, four of us visited this restaurant at Potsdamer Platz. At this time of day you can easily get space there and are quickly served by the staff. The ribs were juicy and tasted delicious with the sauces (with honey or chilli). Simply tasty!!!! The get2card is accepted without any problems. The get2card is well received by the staff. Nowhere have I eaten the "ribs" better. It's also more about ribs. The meat in between is tender and very well seasoned. You can choose between 3 different sauces. If you plan to have dinner there in the evening (especially on weekends), you should definitely reserve a table. I highly recommend it.

Been there twice already. The ribs are the absolute hit; also the steaks are very good. Usually a tourist nepp, but affordable with the Get2Card. Mostly very well attended in the evening; reservation is therefore recommended. Accordingly, it can also be uncomfortably full at times, but the dishes outweigh it. The absolute best ribs, and with get2Card also very affordable. I feel that the audience is more like tourists and company parties, the ambience corresponds to an American chain, but as long as the food is so great, it doesn't matter. Staff neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly.

Recommended overall. We had a 340g steak (really good) and a classic burger. Both were good, although a little better in the Hardrock Cafe, but there are only nuances. Friendly service, nice American ambience, good value for money. No question, we'll be back.

Unfortunately too arrogant, a table reservation for 2 tables a 2 persons, since only one Get2Card per table is allowed, was unfortunately not possible and/or we had the feeling was also not wanted. We preferred to spend the evening in La Paz, where one also feels very comfortable as a Get2Card owner and is served very well.
