Alin Gaza Kitchen is a Palestinian restaurant offering vegan-vegetarian specialties based on family recipes from Gaza. Freshness, quality, good craftsmanship and hospitality are our top priorities. Traditionally, the dishes are served in small bowls (Sabadi), so that each dish comes into its own individually and can also be great for a shared (eating) experience with family and friends.
