Actually, I wouldn't give it a star at all. Get2 can only be used on the day of the performance (1 hour before the start of the game).
Then please take the voles out completely.
It doesn't work that way.

It's a shame, this overcomplicated procedure with an unpredictable outcome is no fun and you feel like a second-class customer. I would also like to be able to plan my evening in a binding way and not have to hope that remaining tickets will be "sold off" to Get2 users. Unfortunately, that's how it feels...

It doesn't make any sense anymore. You used to be able to book tickets with it. Get2 brings no meaningful advantage here

Unfortunately, the get2card tickets are available only one hour before the start of the game, we were lucky last Monday for BLUE MONDAY. The performances were terrific .

We have also gladly used the get2card here. With the current conditions, one can only get the impression as if only tickets are given to the get2card customers to shoot any gaps still available an hour before the start of the game.

We were on 26.4.2015 to "Andreas Rebers - Rebers muss man mögen" in the voles.
The voles are always a beautiful venue.
Get2Card is recognized without hesitation if you stick to the "small print". Since only events can be booked, which within the next 4 weeks (28 days - and you take that VERY exactly) are these of course with sought-after artists, already very quickly sold out...
Nevertheless, the cashiers are nice and friendly.

Just call before and ask for get2card offers. We were with Sissi Perlinger and sat 1st row and saved 29 euros. Highly recommended and a nice ambience.
