The wondrous story of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's childhood is told in a way that is easy to understand and with a lot of humour, with the question of how it felt to grow up as a child prodigy and travel through Europe with Dad, Mom and Sister Nannerl for years in a carriage instead of going to school like normal children...
Julia and Andreas Peer Kahler not only play violin and piano and sing with their audience, but also constantly slip into different roles, sometimes Wolfgang, sometimes Nannerl, sometimes Papa Leopold, sometimes the strict archbishop - and for Empress Theresia there will certainly be a suitable lady in the audience...!
Wolfgang composed most of the works they play when he was as old as his little listeners are right now...!
With this varied and very interactive program, the musicians of the chamber orchestra Unter den Linden have inspired nearly one hundred thousand children, parents and teachers since its premiere in 1996!

Reinickendorf Classics is an annual cultural event rich in tradition with a focus on classical music. With around 50 events between October and April, this event takes place in various venues. Already at the end of the 40's until the beginning of the 50's a lively concert life developed in Reinickendorf in the auditoriums of the Reinickendorf schools, which is enjoying increasing popularity among the visitors.
