The Bali is whole : the screen measures 8m x 5m, there are 100 places and the sound comes via surround system.

Bali is actually called Bahnhof-Lichtspiele and is an arthouse cinema with a great history.
Used as a dance palace in the 1920s and as a cinema after the Second World War, it was the leading political cinema in the 1970s and a trailblazer for political films. The current programme offers a cinéastic orientation, theme nights, film festivals, children's programmes and short film nights to provide varied and sophisticated entertainment.

One of the few remaining cinemas, where you can see films that are not shown everywhere. Recommended especially for families with children.

I was at the Bali cinema on 19.02.11. Unfortunately there was not the promised reduction. Instead we were told that the latest deal with Get2 is that there is only one single card for 5 Euro instead of 7. The woman didn't let anyone talk to her about that either. That's too bad.

Ich war am 19.02.11 im Bali Kino. Leider gab es nicht die versprochene Ermäßigung. Stattdessen wurde uns erzählt das die neuste Abmachung mit Get2 sei, das es nur noch eine einzelne Karte für 5 Euro statt 7 gibt. Die Frau ließ da auch nicht weiter mit sich reden. Sehr schade.
