1990 a club was opened in the underground station Heinrich-Heine-Straße. The music was underground and the use of the premises as a whale club was illegal. This makes it well known: In 1997 the Sage Club took over the rooms and since then the old station walls have been filled with honest, handmade music. Today the club is a fixed address in Berlin's nightlife, also because of the unusual booking, the swimming pool and the fire-breathing dragon!
