We enjoy the Quaternary ice cream creations here and are always delighted. But you can't count calories on this day. The get2card was accepted again without any problems and the staff is very friendly. We'll be back.

The employee didn't know anything about the Get2card, she asked her boss and he accepted the Get2card without hesitation.

Unfortunately our desired ice cream was out, but it was mega delicious.

We took a brownie cup. Everything went without a hitch. The ice cream was delicious. But the brownie very very hard!

The offer is not valid against all descriptions on Shakes. The boss just made that decision, the employees said. Should have thought of that before signing the contract. That's cheeky.

Contrary to the description, the offer is not valid on shakes, only on ice creations. The employees know that it is communicated differently, but follow the boss's instructions. He decided independently, contrary to the contracts, that Shakes are not included in the offer after all, according to the statements of the employees.

We were at Potsdamer Platz yesterday and decided to try out the offer.
To the branch:
We like Hackescher Markt better, because it is very cramped at Potsdamer Platz, because the tables are very close to each other and the room is small. It was too cold to sit outside.
Sundae:
We decided on an ice-cream sundae with a hot brownie: an absolute taste experience, a dream, even from the sideboard.
The second ice-cream sundae was created with a large cookie, suuuper delicious, especially as I was allowed to choose the types of ice cream. Only shortcoming: The ice cream was a bit too soft, because the other cup probably took more time because of the warm brownie and mine was already finished.
Furthermore we ordered two cappuccino, we were not satisfied with that, milk was much too hot, you could say burned. But it's the same everywhere, not everyone can make coffee!
Nevertheless the visit was worthwhile, ice a dream, waiter very friendly and courteous although it was very crowded. The card was accepted without any problems, in summer we like to go there again.

Very nice waitress who even offered us ice samples in advance. Great ice cream.

We were there on Sunday afternoon and of course it was full.
Nevertheless we were served very friendly and the get2 card was no problem at all!
The ice or the creation was very, very good.
The price is already high, but thanks to get2 you could cope with it.

Highly recommended Macadamia Crunch or Banana Crepe. Service courteous and friendly. Unfortunately long waiting time until the excellent ice cream was served. Visit on Sunday afternoon around 15.00 o'clock - plan more time here.

The partner is no longer there. Too bad and very disappointing that we drove there for nothing and that this was not communicated before.

First time yesterday with the Get2Card at Häagen-Dazs. The service staff advised us super friendly and obliging which offers we can use with the card. The drinks and the ice cream were of course also super tasty ;) !!!

Without question, the ice creams are just very, very tasty. But when I was with a friend at PP 5 today, I got the not very friendly answer to the question about coffee and ice cream with the get2card: "Ice cream is only available from the ice cream card". That's okay, but then it should be in the description. There weren't any shakes, for example. When we then ordered 2 ice creams and two coffee specialties, the hint came that there is only either or. Or we could bring two get2cards. The question of what we would choose was actually superfluous, as the coffee speciality is much cheaper than ice cream. The waiters, who brought the ordered one after the other, were Azubi´s, which were again very nice. I have no problem with just getting certain things discounted by the get2card, but then it should also be detailed in the description of the provider. Either - or it doesn't leave a positive impression.

Super delicious ice fondue for New Year's Eve

I can't understand the previous contribution - the restaurant still exists in the same location as always. (The Indian restaurant is opposite, you just have to look for the exact house number :-) ) Were just yesterday there and as always very satisfied. The staff may not always be very motivated, but the tasty ice-cream sundaes always consol you. And thanks to Get2 card a good value for money.

We would have liked to have seen this partner in a positive light today, but unfortunately get2 failed to mention that this partner no longer exists at this location. There is now an Indian restaurant. So it can't be possible that there hasn't been a Häagen Dazs for a while.
I now ask get2 to comment on this ! Because you should have seen the long disappointed face of our little ones .......

Very recommendable, because with the Get2Karte you also have a big choice. Delicious are the waffles, the ice fondue... could not try everything yet, but will certainly be made up for!

I also find it too expensive with get2card, especially if the crepe is as tough as rubber and pretty tasteless. Who goes into a store like this for the original price?! I don't know.

My absolute darling is the Hot Fudge Brownie ice cream variation, you forget about counting calories! thanks to Get2 the price is bearable, but without Get2 I wouldn't go because it would be too expensive for me!
