The agony comes with the choice
A beautiful old apartment in Berlin-Mitte, the dream of a property. Marco Hilpers lives in it, his father bought it for him and one day he will inherit it. Nevertheless, Marco is chronically broke and urgently needs money. So he decides to rent out a room and invites people to view the property.The craziest constellations arise: Precariously employed women in dire straits meet ice-cold top managers who want to temporarily park their mistress at a reasonable price. Speculators, crazy self-made existences and left-wing autonomists who have suddenly become rich turn Marco's cozy home more and more into a madhouse.
However, the apartment has even more pitfalls: Firstly, Marco's permanent flatmate Lutz, who simply stayed there after a party three years ago. And Marco's father, who is not as happy about his son's lifestyle as he thinks...
Politicians become private, the private becomes political. And the sword of Damocles looms over everything, in case dad suddenly causes problems...
