The "Tagesspiegel" could hardly describe her better: "With her red tousled hair, cheeky wide mouth and big eyes ... the lively artist is one of the few performers who can credibly embody a Berlin original." Her repertoire ranges from the 1920s to the Berlin of today, from Kurt Tucholsky, Erich Kästner, Friedrich Hollaender, Werner Richard Heymann, Claire Waldoff & Co. to contemporary artists such as Friedhelm Kändler, Pigor & Eichhorn or the Fabulösen Thekenschlampen. But "home-brew" is also included.
Lots of fun with "Fußballerfrau", "Sonnenbrand", "Kunststück", the "Männer ABC" or "Irgendwo auf der Welt gibt's ein kleines bisschen Glück". Of course, Chanson-Nette also sings about her passion for espresso in the sunshine: "Why can't my Berlin be in Italy?" And in her search for the ideal man, the 1.53-metre bundle of temperament chokes on many a cocktail d'amour.

Johannes Hallervorden took over as artistic director of the Thater am Frankfurter Tor in June 2023. The theater offers space for 99 spectators. The accompanying bar invites you to linger over a drink and chat about the event. The varied program of events includes cabaret, comedy, theater, readings and concerts.
