Three time travelers, one period ship, one crash: unexpected arrival in a possible future. Will the world as we know it still exist? Has it all come to an end? Is it the beginning of something new? The piece starts with our present and playfully and poetically takes off into a future in which nature, body and virtuality merge. Based on research into the future with students, the Israeli-born, Berlin-based artist Yotam Peled and the ensemble develop a choreography that searches for a connection between dance and technologies. In virtuoso movement patterns influenced by martial arts and contemporary circus, bodies and video art combine to create multi-layered scenes of a possible future.

Founded in 1987 as an independent theatre group, Theater Strahl has been staging two permanent stages in Berlin Schöneberg since the end of the 1990s, mainly with premieres, and since 2013 also in the STRAHL.Halle am Ostkreuz. Theater Strahl also goes on tour, makes guest appearances throughout Germany and internationally, and is repeatedly nominated and awarded theatre prizes.
